Job Description

That’s the standard we’ll be judged by, that’s the standard we set at StandardAero.StandardAero is looking for an enthusiastic work term student to join us for the Summer 2023 work term. Duties of the successful candidate would include:

  • Development and support of the Navixa software. Knowledge of .net, JavaScript and CSS would be as asset.
  • Knowledge of internal policies and procedures to support the development process.
  • Use of internal applications to complete development assignments such as Visual Studio, Microsoft Exchange, JIRA and Microsoft Word.
  • Time tracking and weekly reporting.
The Navixa software is used by StandardAero divisions to manage maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) functions. It is a comprehensive system encompassing a wide variety of processes such as work order management, inventory control, purchasing and accounting. Knowledge of business processes would be an asset as well as good oral and written communication skills.This Summer position is based out of our St. Johns, NL site.
