Job Description

Location - Gander Airport, NLDo you have what it takes to be your own boss Could you make a business profitable with the solid support of an internationally-recognized brand of vehicle rental services Operate your own Avis Budget location!Were looking for driven, entrepreneurial-minded people who are looking for a business opportunity that will enable them to manage their own career while getting Fortune 500 support. Ideal candidates must have previous experience with sales and management in the car rental industry. Location operates 7 days a week, including holidays and weekends. Previous car rental experience is required.As an Independent Operator you will be responsible for:

  • Growth and success of an Avis Budget location
  • Staffing your location
  • Marketing your operation
  • Promoting company values
  • Maintaining a business plan aimed at developing rental business in your local area
  • Daily operational costs
With our cars provided, you put yourself in the drivers seat to success!Following the paid training program, you will select your own employees and maintain a business plan aimed at developing rent-a-car business in your local area. To assist in the growth of your operation, an experienced staff member will guide you through the training program including goal setting, sales and marketing. As the operator of your business, there is no earning limitation!Our most successful Independent Operators are people-oriented, aggressive, goal oriented and have a strong understanding of the importance of great customer service.What were looking for:
  • Prior Sales experience
  • Business ownership and/or supervisory experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Prior Customer Service Experience
  • Car Rental/Travel experience required
