Job Description

We are also a disruptor within the Auto Industry by offering our Guests Fixed, No-Pressure Pricing on all our Certified Vehicles, as well as an environment where our Vehicle Advisors are Salaried Positions as opposed to straight commission like most automotive salespeople. Today’s auto buyer doesn’t want to have to come in and haggle and negotiate in order to get their “best deal”, nor do they want to be serviced by someone who is incentivized for selling them the car with the most mark-up as opposed to the best fit for them and their family. ReCar is built on this principle.Founded in 2018, ReCar currently has locations in Fredericton, Saint John, Moncton, Woodstock, NB, Stratford, PEI, St. John’s, NL and will be adding locations in Halifax, NS, along with others in 2022. ReCar is a division of Shift Auto Group.This role is for the Finance Manager position. You’ll enjoy world-class training with your own personal Branch Manager who is dedicated to your success. Our incentive programs provide the potential for additional earnings, recognition, and perks based on our volumes and guest experience!ReCar Finance Manager Responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional service throughout our Guests experience.
  • Completing all actual vehicle purchase transactions, including all paperwork and documentation required by ReCar internally, our lending partners as well as our asset and credit protection partner companies. This paperwork must be completed with the highest possible level of attention to detail and must be done with unshakable morals.
  • Offering and selling to all clients, protection products for both their credit as well as their vehicles.
  • Working with all our lending partners to ensure the highest possible level of credit approval for our clients.
  • Management and completion of all motor vehicle licensing for our clients.
  • Working with all the Vehicle Advisors to assist them in helping our guests.
  • You will be an active key-holder, responsible for both opening and closing the branch on certain days.
An exceptional commission-based remuneration package is offered for this position, which will see the chosen person able to make well in excess of $100,000 annually. This position is available in St John’s, NL and is available immediately.
