Duties will include many different facets of construction surveying. Responsibilities include:· Conduct topographic surveys· Provide layout for curb and gutter, walkways, slopes, parking lots, and pipe work· Record as built data· Examine and ensure survey data is accurate and matches design.· Process survey data for exporting and importing· Provide spot checks to ensure field condition matches design· Collaborate with Engineers, Architects and technologists to obtain and or provide survey data and drawings.Modern is looking for someone who has working knowledge of GPS and total stations. The ideal candidate is tech savvy and familiar with CADD. They have an aptitude in math and problem solving. The right candidate must have a strong attention to detail with great organizational and leadership skills.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $22.00-$26.00 per hourBenefits:
