Job Description

Full Job DescriptionMAX is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our dedicated team of professionals as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). If you have a passion for changing the status quo, for helping our kids and families reach their maximum potential, then we want to hear from you!Role and ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Customer Service Manager, the CSR will build and maintain relationships with customers while providing “above and beyond” customer service. More specifically, the CSR will:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner with detailed information regarding MAX programs & services.
  • Greeting customers with a welcoming smile.
  • Effectively manage large amounts of calls and emails, in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve customer issues while maintaining healthy customer relationships.
  • Accept and process program registration forms and enrollment requests.
  • Keeping up to date with program additions and changes, using the tools and resources provided.
  • Provide administrative services such as scanning, filing, faxing and printing to all MAX departments.
  • Ensure your workspace and common areas of the facilities are clean and tidy.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements· High School diploma· 2+ years of experience in a customer service role· Demonstrated knowledge of customer service principles and practices.· A positive, enthusiastic attitude, with strong people skills.· Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and listening skills.· Ability to engage and connect with customers and clients, making them feel their business is valued.Preferred SkillsApplicants should be outgoing and have an administrative background, excellent communication and organizational skills. Experienced in fast-paced work environments. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Good personal presentation, as you will be assisting customers face to face.Job Type: Part-timeSchedule:
  • 15-25 hours/week
