If you’re seeking a challenging and rewarding career in an industry-leading company and if you’re a highly motivated team player, we look forward to hearing from you.The OpportunityAs a valued member of our Energy Solutions Team, you will be responsible for ensuring successful execution of energy conservation and electrification programs.Key responsibilities include project management, including managing a project team to complete effective program design, development and implementation of energy efficiency and electrification initiatives; building and maintaining a trade ally network; ensuring effective communications with internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to work with all levels in an organization to promote energy efficiency through changes to process, practice and behavior; assisting in the evaluation of programs through data analysis and research and making necessary improvements to programs as required; maintaining knowledge of local, national and industry trends and legislation regarding energy impact programs; and understanding the energy impacts of various technologies. Other duties include internal and external outreach activities such as development and delivery of presentations, trade show representation and performing customer compliance audits, and oversight of program budgets.Your qualifications include a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or a related discipline supplemented with relevant experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Effective customer service and communication skills are essential in this role. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel (especially Pivot Tables) is required. Previous experience in energy conservation and knowledge of electrification such as, electric vehicles are considered assets. Prior project management experience is a definite asset.You are a creative, motivated individual with keen interest in helping customers manage their energy usage. You have a proven ability to generate results, manage multiple projects, build strong partnerships and meet tight deadlines.
