We are seeking a mature, motivated and affable individual or couple to join our corporation as a full-time, live-in Resident Superintendent. The building, completed in 2015, is located in the East End of St. John’s, NL, and promotes a 50-plus, non-smoking environment.Duties for this position include, but are not limited to: maintenance/minor repairs, cleaning, building security, purchasing supplies, coordinating snow removal procedures, seasonal grounds work, contractor liaison, etc. Responding to any emergencies that may arise is also necessary.Applicant(s) must provide two work-related references and one character reference, including contact information for referees. A police certificate of good conduct is required.
