As a Job Coach / Employment Support Worker, you will provide guidance for an individual with an intellectual disability / individual with autism spectrum disorder, at their place of employment. The successful candidate will be required to assist this person with their employment duties through modeling the assigned tasks. You will offer motivation and encouragement while ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner to the required standard.This position is in the Paradise area in a grocery setting. The schedule varies but will entail 24-30 hours regularly and can be up to 40 hours per week.
