Job Description

Cabot Ford Lincoln is seeking a full-time Shuttle Driver/Valet to join our team of customer care professionals.In this position you will operate Cabot’s shuttle vehicle and will:

  • Drive customers to their home or work, and bring them back to Cabot after their vehicle has been repaired.
  • Provide a respectful and positive experience throughout the ride.
  • Have a good knowledge of main streets and routes throughout the greater St. John’s area.
  • Use good judgment and safe driving skills in assessing the priorities of various passengers and setting the best shuttle routes.
  • When needed, assist passengers getting in and out of vehicles.
  • Assist the Lincoln valet in bringing customer vehicles between the Service Department and Customer Area.
  • Transport vehicles to/from other locations as needed.
  • Keep in touch with the Service Desk throughout the day.
  • Notify the Service Desk of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tire changes, or cleaning.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean and professional vehicle and personal appearance.
Applicants should have a clean driving abstract and a clean criminal background check.This is a full-time position, typically from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
