At the local level, Vish helps salons eliminate waste, manage their inventory, increase service revenue, and provide valuable insight into their color business. At the global level, Vish will revolutionize supply chain management for the entire hair color industry.The RoleWe are looking for a talented and experienced social media coordinator to grow the brand using creative strategies on multiple channels. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.As a social media coordinator, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.Ultimately, you should be able to grow the brand on social platforms by doing more than just posting, but identifying opportunities and building relationships to generate qualified opportunities and customer engagement.As the Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Create and implement a social media strategy that is responsive to ongoing analytics, ensuring they align and support business goals
  • Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and colleagues on social advertising campaigns and lead generation programs
  • Generate, curate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily to engage users and prospects with the brand and its message
  • Responsible for growing brand awareness, engagement, and evangelists
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure brand consistency
  • Communicate with followers and respond to queries in a timely manner
  • Engaging with communities, clients, and influential prospects to build relationships within the industry and encourage community voice
  • Curating user-generated content and growing user voices to build the brand
  • Suggest and manage promotions, campaigns, and competitions
  • Monitor data trends and social media metrics, reporting on progress and benchmarking performance

  • Up to date with the latest social media platforms and social media trends

Role Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or related field
  • 1-3 years’ experience preferably within the beauty industry or B2B technology
  • 1-3 years’ experience as a Social Media Coordinator
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing content, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, marketing automation, and social media programs
  • Expert with Microsoft Office Suite
