Critical Incident Response CounsellorAnywhere in LabradorIndependent contractorThe opportunity:Reporting to the Manager of Trauma Services, you will be providing on-site Critical Incident Response to LifeWorks organizational clients, as an independent contractor.What you will do:
  • Provide Critical Incident Response to our organizational clients;
  • Work/travel to an on-site location;
  • Manage the administrative requirements as dictated by LifeWorks Trauma department.
Who we are looking for:
  • Master’s degree in counselling, psychology, or social work;
  • In good standing with College of Social Workers or counselling Association, and valid professional liability insurance;
  • Must reside in Labrador;
  • CISM, CISD training or EMDR certification is an asset;
  • Experience delivering group debriefing and/or running counselling grou;
  • Ability to convey sensitivity, professional manner and effective approach when facilitating interventions within the corporate environment;
  • Flexibility to respond to client needs.
