Job Description

Our diversified services are delivered by a broad spectrum of professionals. Assistance is available around the clock, 7 days a week.This position is open for part time or casual hours;Eligible applicants must have the following professional credentials:

  • Provincial (MB) Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent Certificate
  • Current Criminal Record Check, Child and Adult Abuse Registry Checks
  • Three professional references (names and contact information)
  • Car is an asset but not mandatory
  • Experience is an asset
Job site: Private Clients Homes, Nursing homes and Health care facilitiesSet of skills and responsibilities for Health Care Aide position include but are not limited to: Other Skills and Abilities· Must be able speak and write in English. Other languages will be an asset.· Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Designers when needed.· Able to travel from client to client in a timely fashion.· Drivers with own vehicle will be an asset.· Passionate about making a difference.· Described as a self-led leader with the ability to take responsibility for own behavior and success.· Previous care giving experience an asset.· Able to work independently.Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, repetitive tasks, walkingPersonal Suitability: punctuality, organisation, effective interpersonal skills, dependability, flexibility, initiative, excellent oral communication, decision making, reliability, team player, client focused etc.Job details: shifts will be assigned on a regular basis based on demand, prescheduled or last minute.Hours: It is a combination of day, evening or night shifts based on your availability.   • AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

Job Type: CasualSalary: $18.00-$20.00 per hourSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Evenings
  • Evening shift
  • Night shift
  • On call
COVID-19 considerations:Safety of our staff is one of our biggest concerns. During the shifts all staff is mandated to wear PPE and practice proper hand hygiene.Education:
