We offer several designated marshalling points within BC including Nanaimo, Vancouver, Kelowna, Kamloops, Williams Lake, Prince George and Smithers, as well as Calgary, AB.Who we’re looking for:We are looking for an individual based at either our downtown Vancouver office or working from home. Reporting to the Superintendent, you will be responsible for supporting project teams and the Contracts and Procurement group. The responsibilities for the role will include:Create purchase requisitionsEnter service entry sheets into SAPReceipt larger materials into SAPCreate new vendor requests or changesReview invoices against deliverables with project manager’s supportProvide support and relief to the document controllerCreate templates for review and approvalIssue site notices for project activitiesCoordinate with the travel team for all project personnel movementsCreate and maintain project rostersParticipate in project meetings and keeping minutesOther support as may be requestedThe successful candidate will be a clear communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills. Be open and honest with the ability to deliver and receive constructive feedback.
