Job Description

Pentagon Manufacturing is currently seeking skilled and experienced Assembly Line Workers to carry out various tasks in our busy plant. The ideal candidate will have some mechanical and construction experience, excellent communication skills and a high degree of mechanical aptitude. The successful applicant will be responsible for operating production line equipment, finishing products and reporting any issues with material and/or equipment directly to Manager. All qualified, responsible applicants are encouraged to apply.Job Duties

  • Assemble goods on fast-paced production lines
  • Monitor the production process
  • Carry out basic quality and testing checks
  • Pack goods to be shipped
  • Clean and maintain work areas and equipment
  • You’ll usually work as part of a team under the supervision of a lead hand, carrying out a single or several tasks within the same shift.
Skills
  • 1+ years’ experience working in a warehouse or production facility
  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills
  • the ability and experience to use both hand tools and power tools
  • the ability to work quickly and methodically
  • the ability to follow instructions
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to work on foot for extended periods of time
  • Reliable mode of transportation
  • Flexibility and availability OT if required
