The Team Member provides each guest with a positive guest service experience prepares quality food products and keeps the restaurant clean, pleasant, and safe for all guests and employees.· Consistently provides a quality product and guest service experience that delivers total guest satisfaction.· Follows all Pizza Hotline guest service guidelines and procedures; takes the appropriate action to ensure all guests receive service beyond their expectations.· Ensures that all guests receive hot, quality products; prepares, packages and delivers all products according to Pizza Hotline Standards.· Handles all food products according to company procedures; follows all company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements, to ensure the health and safety of guests and employees.This job is perfect for someone who has· A passion for People, Food and Service.· Good verbal and written communication skills; is capable of communicating effectively with guests and co-workers.· Reliable transportation to work.· The ability work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.And someone who is:· Passionate about excellence, and continuous betterment of self and the company· Able to thrive in rapidly changing environments· Able to withstand the pressures of a fast-paced kitchen· Eager to commit to more than a “punch-clock†job, and wants to challenge themselves and fully immerse themselves in the Pizza Hotline cultureJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentSalary: $13.50-$16.00 per hourBenefits:
