Acoustic manufacturer looking to expand our sales team. We are looking for a highly motivated, responsible, organized and personable Inside Sales support associate.Responsibilities include:Sales generationSales quotes - cost calculations and pricing preparationAccount management and maintenanceOutside sales support and growthTracking informationWorking in harmony with the Outside Sales Account Managers.Qualifications and SkillsPrior telecommunications industry experience and sales experience an asset but not required.Possible trade show events.Qualifications:Detail oriented – provide consistent customer services to ensure recurring businessInitiative - able to work independently and enhance positive customer relations.Communication - Must be able to work well with a small team and interact with customers in a friendly professional manner.Strong problem-solving ability, particularly relevant in managing customer accounts.Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access) and Microsoft Access is an asset.Learning - Must be able to learn the products, and applications company provides to work effectively with customers and outside sales.Promote and input sales of company products and offer new product solutions for all new and existing customers.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $37,000.00-$60,000.00 per yearSchedule:
