Job Description

As a vital member of our Sales Team, the CSR / Account Manager is the key point of contact for our dealer base and is responsible for building on our established reputation of integrity, dedication and service.Job Duties

  • Manage an established account base to meet sales targets
  • Identify and secure new dealers and new opportunities to increase sales
  • Effectively build relationships with new and existing dealers
  • Generate product and service awareness within the dealer base to increase dealer value
  • Establish a consistent dealer call schedule
  • Provide timely quotes for products as requested by dealers
  • Keep aware of market developments and identify new dealer opportunities
  • Expedite the resolution of dealer concerns
  • Provide support for dealer needs, concerns & interests
  • Keep aware of product applications, market conditions and trends
  • Maintain up to date dealer records
Qualifications
  • Strong background in customer service and inside sales with experience in successfully managing multiple dealer accounts
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
  • Ability to determine solutions for dealers through a consultative sales approach
  • Results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Strong desire to exceed goals and excel
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software
  • Experience using an ERP would be an asset
  • Position is based in Stonewall, MB
