Servicing much of Manitoba and beyond with our retail meats, smoked products and catering services including Whole Hog BBQ.Job descriptionReporting to the Production Manager, you will carry out a wide range of duties including but not limited to, meat processing and packaging, preparation and loading of catering meals, delivering and serving of said catering meals both weekdays and weekends where necessary, cleaning of catering/production plant, delivering and receiving retail and catering products, full participation in Company HACCP program is expected and full training will be provided. Own transport is required as we are not on a bus route.
