Job Description

Remote or based out of any DUC provincial office within Canada.The OpportunityDucks Unlimited Canada (DUC), one of Canada’s leading conservation organizations, is looking for a highly technical Salesforce Administrator to join our team!Reporting to the Director of IT, you will have deep knowledge and experience with Salesforce that will enable you to advise end-users and stakeholders on why and how changes should be made to the platform.In this position, you will interpret Salesforce release notes and advise DUC of any opportunities or challenges that arise at each release. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee and provide day-to-day support, maintenance & configuration on transactional backlog as well as larger development efforts
  • Coordinate and advise on the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests
  • Troubleshoot, manage, and maintain software integrations with Salesforce
  • Utilize declarative configuration features to maintain and optimize DUC’s Salesforce instance
  • Lead the development of training resources and process documentation for Salesforce end-users
  • Lead the coordination of testing the Advance Preview versions of upcoming Salesforce releases, and review and interpret Salesforce software release notes to disseminate to DUC Salesforce users as needed.
  • Review requests for new Salesforce end-users, determine the appropriate license type and administer new user orientation
Requirements
  • 3-5 years’ of Salesforce experience. Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) administrator experience would be a strong asset
  • Declarative configuration experience (flows, workflows, formulas, etc.)
  • Experience installing and maintaining third-party tools used in Salesforce
  • Experience with managing business systems that are integrated with Salesforce
  • Experience communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is not required but is an asset.
  • Knowledge of or experience in Apex an asset
  • Bilingual (French/English) is considered an asset.
  • The successful candidate will be required to submit proof of COVID-19 Vaccination.
