Job Description

Freson Bros., an Alberta-owned and operated fresh food retail chain, is currently looking for a Reporting Analyst to join our team based in the Operations Office in Stony Plain, Alberta.Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to understand various corporate IT systems and how they impact an organization
  • Advanced Office 365 and Google Suite skills
  • Stony working experience with SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and project management skills
  • A degree, diploma or certificate in the following disciplines is an asset: computer science, engineering, data analytics, business or a related discipline
  • 3-5 years of report generation experience, within the retail or food industries, is an asset
The Role & Responsibilities:
  • Continuously monitor and improve data collection, cleansing and analysis processes
  • Mine and analyze data from company databases to identify patterns and trends relevant to business objectives
  • Develop, update, and maintain suites of reports and dashboards
  • Design, produce, and maintain advanced reports and design ad-hoc domains
  • Create, maintain, and update accurate project documentation
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, finance, analytics, and IT teams
  • Reports to the IT Director

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Work Environment: In-Office, Stony Plain
  • Salary Range: $65,000-75,000 per annum
