Role Proposition:Are you a technical wizard and enjoy troubleshooting problems We are looking to recruit an IT Support Technician, Tier 2, for the upcoming winter. Do you enjoy skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing Working in a stunning mountain resort, the successful candidate will be responsible for daily duties that include responding to internal requests for technical support, organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work using issue tracking systems, Onboarding/Offboarding user administration, asset management and documentation, and Hardware staging, installation, troubleshooting and repair.
