Job Description

Are you passionate about skiing or snowboarding Do you enjoy socializing with people Sun Peaks Resort seeks a meticulous and detail-oriented Surveying Representative to join our Guest Services team. As a Surveying Representative, you will collect feedback and conduct surveys to evaluate the guest experience. Your contribution will be crucial in ensuring the satisfaction of our guests. By joining our renowned resort, you will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the success of the Guest Services team. Apply today to work, live, and play where you belong.Compensation Information:$18.50 per hourPhysical Requirement:Sedentary, work activities involve handling loads up to 5 kg; Predominately in an outdoor setting.Accountabilities:

  • Daily operations of surveying with the provided hand-held device
  • Deals with the public in an efficient, courteous, respectful, and friendly manner
  • Demonstrates a commitment to exceed guest expectations
Ideal Candidate:
  • Highly developed guest relations skills and enjoys working with the public
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Previous guest service experience
  • A good knowledge of the regional area and/or willingness to learn
  • Well organized and works well in a busy environment
