Job Description

Job Title: Lumper – Cabinet ManufacturingJob Summary:We are seeking dependable and physically capable Lumpers to assist with the movement, loading, and unloading of cabinet components and materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Lumpers play a key support role in ensuring materials are handled safely and efficiently across storage, production, and shipping areas.Key Responsibilities:

  • Load trucks with cabinet parts, finished cabinets, wood panels, etc
  • Manually move materials within the warehouse and to/from production areas.
  • Assist with staging and organizing parts for shipments
  • Sort, stack, and palletize products as required.
  • Inspect items for visible damage or defects during handling.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, removing debris and organizing materials.
  • Work closely with forklift drivers, material handlers, and production staff to support workflow.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and wear proper PPE (e.g., gloves, steel-toe boots).
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor role preferred.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 75 lbs).
  • Comfortable with repetitive lifting, standing, and manual tasks throughout the shift.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic communication skills in English (bilingual is a plus).
Work Environment:
  • Cabinet manufacturing facility and loading docks.
  • Exposure to wood dust, temperature changes, and loud equipment.
  • Physical labor in both indoor and outdoor areas.
Hours of Work:
  • Standard workweek is Monday to Friday, 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM .
  • On-site role.
