You will be responsible for overseeing IT operations and leading a team that supports various technology initiatives. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and strong leadership skills, as you will work collaboratively with various departments to ensure our technology serves the needs of the business and our clients.What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the IT operations of Total Life, ensuring systems and technologies run efficiently.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of IT specialists to provide excellent support and solutions.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to optimize performance and security.
  • Manage the company’s IT budget and resources, making sure to align with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand technology needs and provide solutions.
  • Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring uptime and quick resolution of issues.
  • Research and evaluate new technologies and implement solutions that align with our mission.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards.

  • 5+ years of experience in IT management or similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and hardware.
  • Experience with managing budgets and evaluating technology solutions.
  • Experience configuring hardware for maximum security and performance.
  • Experience managing Google Workspace
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions quickly.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Bonus: Experience in healthcare technology or telehealth platforms.
