Job Title: CookTerms of Employment: Full-time/PermanentStart Date: As Soon As PossibleWage: $15.20 to $17.00 (depending on experience)Hours of Work: 30-40 hours per weekNo. of Positions: 2Job DutiesPrepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods as per menu and restaurant standards
  • Ensure the food quality is superb every time
  • Oversee kitchen operations
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Keep the kitchen and work area clean, ensure that utensils, and kitchen equipment is clean and sanitized state
  • Always follow safe food handling procedure and adhere to company’s health and safety policies and procedures.
  • May assist in hiring and training kitchen staff
Job RequirementsLanguages: EnglishEducation: completion of high schoolExperience: 2+ years of commercial cooking experience is required.Note: Applicants with a culinary certificate or cooking diploma will be considered with 1 year or less experienceWork Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, stand for extended periods, repetitive tasks, attention to detail.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $17.00 per hourSchedule:
