Working under the direction of the Public Works Supervisor or CAO, the applicant MUST have a minimum five (5) years experience operating a grader. The candidate must demonstrate competency to operation of a grader and must possess the ability and willingness to perform regular maintenance and minor repairs on the equipment. The candidate must also demonstrate the ability to work independently and show strong leadership skills. The primary job of the grader operator is the maintenance of the RMs roads.
