The competencies required for this position includeeffective and culturally relevant communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, managing for results and change and critical thinkingskills. The position also requires self-management, effective use of information technology, strong supervisory skills and strong accountingskills.It is an expectation of all staff within the university college that they will observe standards of behavior consistent with their role as anemployee of the University College of the North.
