It will be critical to build and maintain trusted relationships with co-op customers.Core duties will include:To effectively lead a team guided by the values and vision of North Corridor Co-op to be the trusted leader for our producers.To be focussed on building relationships with existing and potential new customers in our trading areaProvide timely support and knowledge of agronomic products to local co-op customers.To collaborate with all internal and external partners to promote North Corridor Co-op as a leader for all ag solutions.Help customers make informed decisions by providing advice on seed, pest identification and crop protection and equipmentTo ensure the inventory is in place to match demand and assist with operations of the Ag location as requiredAchieve and maintain financial targets for existing customer and expand sales to new customersWhy it matters:Our team provides a range of products and services to support our member-owners.
