To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring our brand to life, visit us at www.northcorridorcoop.crsWhat you’ll do:Reporting to the HABS Division Manager, the Hardware Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Thorhild hardware department including sales, margin, expenses, inventory, and budget. With a growth mindset, the Hardware Manager will lead a high functioning team in the execution of CRS programs, and provide expert product knowledge in hardware merchandise including farm hardware, livestock equipment, feed, and oil. The hardware manager will demonstrate excellent merchandising standards, and a focus on providing an exceptional customer experience. Additional duties include:Provide leadership to the hardware team including recruiting, training, developing, coaching, and motivating the department team while fostering a positive work environment that enables the engagement of all team members in the pursuit of desired results.Support and promote a culture of safety and maintain all health & safety policies to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.Achieve established objectives in terms of brand, service levels, quality, and timeliness of delivery and identify areas for improvementWork in collaboration with the other department managers to achieve efficient operations while ensuring an exceptional customer experience for our members on a consistent basisWhy it matters:Our team provides a range of products and services to support our member-owners.
