Job Description

North Corridor Co-op Home Centres in Boyle & Thorhild, AB have openings for full time Agro Supervisors. These position will be in collaboration with the Home Centre and Agro Teams. Applicants must be able to work a variety of days and weekends as required by the demands of our members. To learn more about who we are, visit us at northcorridorcoop.crsWhat you’ll do:Reporting to the Home & Building Solutions Division Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and day-to-day execution of the Agro Department and will:

  • Provide operational direction and oversight on implementing programs and policies for the Agro Department in the areas of brand, customer service levels, quality, and timeliness of delivery
  • Build strong customer relationships and oversee the execution of sales strategies for the Agro Department through managing and growing current customers and identifying and pursuing growth opportunities
  • Oversee the execution of marketing and merchandising including displays, promotions, and pricing
  • Ensure standards are achieved on all safety, environmental, and asset protection policies and procedures and overseeing the safe handling and storage of inventory and equipment for the location

  • You have a background in Animal Health, Feed, Animal Handling Equipment.
  • Applicants must be able to work a variety of days and weekends as required by the demands of our members. This position can be physical in nature and requires to ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Assist the Home Centre team in day to day procedures including stocking, facing, cash handling and general customer experience.
