We offer you:Competitive salaryImmediate perm opportunityGroup BenefitsCompany social events, and employee vehicle discounts12 days’ vacationAccessible by public transitFree parking availableWhat You Will Do:Accounting:Post all pre-owned vehicle sales (retail and wholesale), and calculate commissionsMaintaining separate records of all Cadillac and non-Cadillac deliveriesReport sold units through the factory reporting system.Report Optimum GMPP warrantiesProcess purchase of used inventory (lease buyouts, wholesale purchases, auction purchases), stocks-in the vehicles and prepares paymentsChattel inventory as requiredCode and enters vendor services to showroom inventory (add-ons)Prepare monthly remittances for Titan, Rust Proof and insurance warranties; reconciles against account schedules and prepares payments (cheques)Check all payable/expense invoices (407, Rogers, Primus, etc.), obtains appropriate payment approval, post and prepare chequeCode and expense gas chitsPost GM invoices and reconciles weekly GM Open Account StatementVarious account reconciliationsProcess Parts and Services department daily cash deposits as requiredAssist in answering Vendor inquiriesAssist in monthly closingPrepare analysis of accounts as requiredAssist with special projects as necessaryAdministrative:Monitor onsite file controlOrder office suppliesAssist in regular dealer plate control and sticker renewalsWhat You Bring:2+ years of full cycle accounting in a large, high volume environmentReynolds and Reynolds experienceHigh proficiency in MS OfficeExcellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skillsMust be organized, detail-oriented and be able to handle multiple tasksMust be a team playerSelf-starter and energeticHow to Apply.We use an online application process which will assess your qualifications, traits, and culture fit, as well as your resume.
