Job Description

Attention job seekers! Dufferin Custom Cleaners is looking for an experienced full-time presser and front customer service representative to join our team. We are a family-owned business that has been serving the GTA for over 20 years, and we are looking for a dedicated and reliable individual to help us provide high-quality dry cleaning services to our customers.As a presser, you will be responsible for pressing and finishing garments to our customers satisfaction. As a front customer service representative, you will greet customers, take orders, and provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in pressing and finishing garments
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A friendly and professional demeanor
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations

Experience:
  • Dry cleaning: 2 years (preferred)
