Job Description

At Enhanced Care, we know the importance of primary care and family practice in everyones health and wellness. Our conveniently located clinics are open for extended hours to look after the needs of our patients and our communities. With a team of skilled individuals working alongside over 70 family physicians, specialists, and allied health providers, our goal is to get our patients healthy, quickly and safely.Enhanced Care is looking for a well-rounded individual who enjoys helping people in-person, remote and by phone. Hours are flexible but evening and weekend work will occasionally be required.Summary: The Junior IT Support Analyst will be providing IT support to our physical and remote healthcare clinics across Canada. This is considered an entry level position with the opportunity to grow. This is a part-time permanent position that is based in Thornhill but will require travelling onsite to clients within the GTA as required.Location: 7335 Yonge St, Thornhill, ON L3T 1P9Responsibilities:

  • On-site and remote IT support
  • Assisting with small projects and actively contribute to enterprise level IT projects
  • Following established procedures to independently manage tickets providing tier 2 desktop support for internal staff working locally and remotely in home offices
  • Building, configuring, and maintaining laptop and desktop PCs as well as support printers, desk / soft phones.
  • Setup of company new hires including equipment, accounts, and provide IT orientation
  • Microsoft Win10 OS support including BitLocker drive encryption
  • Supporting MS Apps: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
  • Access Management using Active Directory and other account administration tools
  • Cabling, wire management
Requirements:
  • Associates Degree or higher with a focus in Computer Information Systems or Related Discipline
  • Minimum 1 year supporting end-users in person and via phone and in an enterprise-level corporate IT environment
  • Strong knowledge of: computer hardware and accessories, Microsoft Windows (Windows 10, Windows Server), Microsoft Office (Office 2013 and up, Microsoft 365)
  • Experience with troubleshooting email
  • Experience with virus, spyware, and malware removal
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP
  • Computer, Network and Telephony configuration and troubleshooting
  • Cable / Wire management
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Writing technical documentation
  • Must be comfortable getting up on a ladder
  • Travelling through the GTA
Other skills which are an asset:
  • Experience with backup software (Macrium, Arq Backup, etc.)
  • Experience with VMWare ESXi
  • Remote Desktop services
  • Experience with firewall appliances (Watchguard, Sophos, Fortinet, etc.)
  • Experience with Remote Management and Monitoring applications
