  • Assist with full lifecycle contract management with vendors of products and services (e.g., non-disclosure agreements, documents related to the procurement process, letters of intent/early start letters, product and/or service agreements)
  • Liaise between internal clients and external vendor contacts
  • Organize and actively manage a portfolio of contracts supporting the business
  • Assist to develop and help maintain key agreement templates and other key documents
  • Implement, maintain, and periodically review and update the Contract Management Framework and associated processes and policies
  • Develop and implement contract monitoring and storage protocols
  • Ensure the Company’s contracts reflect the details of any proposal or quote/tender and any other terms and conditions agreed to during the vendor selection and contract negotiation process
  • Assist with monitoring compliance with contracts to help ensure that key performance measures and obligations are being met
  • Assist clients in connection with best practices for the procurement process, the contract management lifecycle and use of CCG’s contract management application
  • Provide guidance in connection with CCG’s Purchasing Policies and Procedures
Who You Are
  • Post-secondary education in a related field
  • 5+ years of full lifecycle, active contract management experience at a medium or large company
  • Exceptional listening, oral and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Independent, dynamic, and highly responsive
  • Demonstrated high proficiency with MS Office suite of products and contract management applications
  • Proven ability to work in a complex corporate environment with high level of personal integrity, sound professional judgment, and business acumen
