We are a Thornhill based company that has been providing dog walking and pet care since 2008. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional care that is based on providing our clients both 2 and 4 legged with compassion and reliability. As a company with consistent 5 star Google reviews ensuring our clients are always 100% happy is our primary goal.We are looking to hire a part time walking buddy to help with our current packs by meeting us and assisting with each group walk.Our ideal candidate· A dog lover first and foremost, with knowledge of basic canine behaviour and body language is an asset (but can also be taught) Preference given to those with experience.· A high level of patience· The ability to walk for up to an hour at a time in all types of weather.· Someone who truly enjoys nature and being outdoors with dogs, this can be a tough job but very rewarding· Will have access to a vehicle to meet at various trails/parks throughout Thornhill· Must be reliable and be flexible as group walk times will vary· Must be available to work from 11am- 12pm as well as from 2pm – 3pm Monday to Friday· Can handle dogs of all sizes (10lbs – 80 lbs) on a leash· Able to accept dog/s for boarding is a bonus· Will be bondable and have a clear criminal recordJob Types: Casual, Freelance, Part-timePart-time hours: 10-15 per weekSalary: $27.50-$45.25 per hourSchedule:
