We are Dufferin Custom Cleaners, a well-known, environmentally-friendly dry cleaners in Thornhill, Ontario. We expertise in cleaning all kinds of down garments, and provide services in dry/wet cleaning and alterations.Currently looking for a Permanent, Full-Time Counter Staff to assist our busy daily operations.LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:- Experience in the dry cleaning industry- Customer-service oriented and knowledge of clothing and different fabrics- Ability to remain professional and remain composure when facing a challenge- Strong computer skills (experienced with using POS system, cash register)- Good communication skills- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Honest and loyal- Reliable and punctualJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- Greet customers using exceptional customer service- Answer the phone and respond to customer inquiries via our POS computer system- Accept, tag, and input new clothing orders into the computer system- Inspect, pack, and place finished orders into the conveyor system- Create promotional content for our social media platforms- Maintaining a clean and organized working environment- Opening and closing of storeJob Type: Full-timeSalary: From $16.00 per hourSchedule:
