  • Assign, track and follow through on Facilities Service Requests and emails
  • Maintain a current vendor contact list and coordinate vendors required for general repairs, maintenance, and security
  • Coordinate and support corporate and departmental events and initiatives
  • Support the on-boarding and off-boarding of employees; manage the photo ID, vehicle information, and seat assignments
  • Support health & safety in the buildings; perform Fire Warden duties, and monthly health and safety checks
  • Perform reception duties; liaise with visitors and vendors in the corporate buildings, handle inquiries, answer emails and telephone calls
  • Coordinate various projects as assigned and support internal and external building and building systems upgrade projects
  • Assist with the creation and review of requests for proposals and contracts
  • Provide administrative support for real estate initiatives
  • Perform as the administrator of an occupancy management system
  • Source and purchase products and services for Facilities following the purchasing guidelines
Who You Are
  • Post-secondary Degree or Diploma
  • 2 years’ experience
  • Standard first aid & CPR A & AED certification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative with a positive approach
  • Tenacity to take ownership, see tasks through to the end, and solve problems
  • Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Basic project management
  • Experience working in a Facilities environment is an asset
