Job Description

We are looking for individuals with either experience, or a desire to learn order fulfillment. We are located in the Greater Toronto Area just north of Yonge St and Steeles Ave. You will be responsible for the processing and fulfillment of customer orders from the Dear Born website / registry platform and other third party platforms too.Our ideal candidate has the ability to multi task effectively in a fast paced, deadline driven environment as well as has a strong focus toward attention to detail, accuracy and customer service.Responsibilities

  • Picking and packing orders for clients in an accurate and expedient manner
  • Checking products to ensure that they are in good condition and conform to quality specifications as well as ensure they are suitably packed to withstand the shipment
  • Ensure that all documentation and shipping labels have been extensively checked for errors, accurately ensuring products are matched to order description and quantity and that large orders have been approved for shipping by a supervisor or manger.
  • Have attention to detail throughot the process from start to finish
· Have a collaborative outlook and maintain a strong team-oriented work environment and contribute to productivity goals and deadlinesRequirements
  • Must be familiar with shipping processes and procedures
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and support skills as well as excellent communication and writing skills in English.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and achieve agreed goals
  • Must be available to work one weekend day.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Full-timeSalary: $16.00-$17.00 per hourSchedule:
