  • Research and gather information to support key initiatives
  • Assist team with the development, marketing and overall administration of Insurance products and materials
  • Coordinate with the lines of business to ensure effective roll out of products and services to frontline
  • Sharepoint Maintenance (uploading resource and reference material, e.g.rating tools, questionnaires)
  • Assist in developing and maintaining resource document such as, reference library, underwriting and product guidelines, FAQs
  • Perform certain rate and rule review & fillings within systems
  • Provide product knowledge to other departments and business partners as per the product and underwriting guidelines
  • Maintain task lists related to project plans for the Product Team and Corporate Underwriting
  • Respond to product inquiries/issues
  • Maintain the policy change request process
What You Have
  • Post-secondary education in related field is required
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Product Development, Underwriting, Claims or relevant Travel Industry experience
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work on several projects concurrently
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Travel Insurance experience and Insurance designation would be considered as assets
  • Bilingual in French would be considered an asset
