Job Description

Reporting to the Director, Group Client Experience the Service Delivery Team Lead will oversee a group of Customer First champions that support the overall Order Implementation Process to a Successful Service Delivery for our business customers. Collaborate and drive process improvement with team members and cross functional teams, to achieve our monthly and quarterly goals. You will lead various tasks with multiple subject matter experts in various levels of management throughout the company. We are seeking an individual who has a customer first attitude and a team player; coupled with a strong organizational and documentation background, and who can communicate effectively and efficiently with others (internal employees and external clients and partners).Responsibilities:

  • Support and guide a team of four to successful implement of business customer orders
  • Responsible for end-to-end order fulfillment, coordination, and administration for business customer orders, ensuring that delivery procedures are executed with a goal of meeting defined timelines.
  • Receive and validate Clean Order Package (COP) requests via Salesforce for Business Fixed Wireless, Fibre, internal and external Service Migrations
  • Coordinate with project resources, both internal and external to TeraGo, to plan, prepare and execute on delivery requirements (ie: Property Management, Carrier and Customer Delivery Teams)
  • Facilitate status meetings and oversee project critical milestones
  • Process requests for new and existing TeraGo Business Services for both Direct and Partners customers
  • Build customer relationships by providing prompt and exceptional service through communication and delivery and embodying TeraGo’s customers values
  • Define schedule and delivery plans to communicate with customers and assess/advise risk factors
  • Ensure timeliness of billing activation upon delivery of service, ensuring closure communication to customer is delivered to ensure awareness of service activation and billing
Education & Experience:
  • University level degree or relevant work experience
  • 5+ years experience in the ISP/Telecommunications
  • Seasoned manager with ability to effectively manage and motivate staff
  • French considered an asset
Skills & Abilities:
  • Extensive knowledge of the telecommunications or electronics related industry is required.
  • Solid project management skills.
  • Excellent organization and documentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency and drive to complete tasks.
  • Proven self-starter and goal oriented, able to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Energetic, flexible team player with proven skills in working in a cross-functional team environment.
