Job Description

Bethesda requires two (2) Full-Time Associate Clinical Supervisors to support our Children’s Programing.The Associate Clinical Supervisor will work alongside the Clinical Supervisor to provide direction and clinical oversight to services and supports provided by Bethesda’s Children’s Services. The Associate Clinical Supervisor will assess, develop and recommend evidence based and effective behavioural services in a manner that is consistent with Bethesda’s operations. The Associate Clinical Supervisor will report to the Director of Children’s ServicesJob Responsibilities

  • Provide staff training and development opportunities
  • Conduct behavioural assessments and behaviour service plans
  • Provide clinical supervision to the team
  • Develop and facilitate training opportunities for parents and community partners
  • Demonstrate flexibility and creativity in the development and implementation of programs under the fee for service model.
Qualifications· A Masters degree in a field related to Behavior Analysis or working towards· BCBA certification or working towards· Expertise in the development and implementation of ABA-based interventions and teaching strategies· Experience conducting assessments (Vineland, ABLLS, VB-MAPP), writing, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans, data collection and display, training and supervising caregivers and staff in the home and community settings· Demonstrated competency in providing clinical oversight and supervision· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications· Strong communication (written and oral), analytical, organizational and time management skills.· Fluency in French is a strong assetJob Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:
