We are looking for a mature, reliable and friendly individual who is will to grow with the company beginning with the position of sales associate in our NiagaraFalls location.Full time Seasonal (April to September / October)Major Tasks & Responsibilities· Provide fast and friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and providing assistance.· Ask open and ended questions about the customer’s concern regarding their swimming pool or spa· Explain steps needed to treat their swimming pool needs· Some heavy lifting up to 50lbs required; bending, kneeling, standing for extended periods of time· Utilize computer terminals, check inventory, look up orders and notify customers when product is available· Computerized water analysis (balancing water chemistry for swimming pools & hot tubs)· Receiving inventory· Re-stocking shelves with products· Process check out and obtain payment· Ensure accuracy check out at cashQualifications: · Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays· Excellent communication and reading skills· Superior customer skills· Critical thinking and problem solving· Positive, confident and friendly personality· Proficiency with computers· Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment· Detailed oriented·In Season hours of Operation - We are open on Holiday’s with reduce hours.Monday to Friday 9am -8pmSaturday 9am – 5pmSunday 10am – 4pmJob Type: Part-time / Full-timeJPart-time hours: 30-40 per weekJob Types: Full-time, Part-timeSalary: $14.25 per hourSchedule:
