We are looking for an experienced baker to join our team. This position is 25-30 hours per week to start and will increase to approximately 40 hours per week, within a couple of months at most. You must have previous baking experience, preferably in a commercial kitchen. Our breads and baking are all made from scratch so experience in this area is an asset. Work schedule has some flexibility but weekend work is required and morning shifts are typical. Our kitchen runs from 4am-9pm, 7 days per week.Duties include making pizza doughs, breads, buns, cakes/cheesecakes, cookies, various squares and desserts. You must be responsible, neat and tidy and very efficient. We have a plethora of tried and tested recipes but there is plenty of room for your recipes and input.We have some very talented people in our kitchen and they work extremely hard to produce the absolute best products.
