Applicants requiring accommodation during the interview process should contact Human Resources Services at (807) 475-6148 to make appropriate arrangements.Class DefinitionJob DetailsBring leadership, enthusiasm and commitment to the Healthcare Administration and Leadership program at Confederation College;Develop and deliver courses suitable for both classroom and/or distance delivery;Engage with students and community partners in order to provide a dynamic learning environment while incorporating a variety of teaching methods to meet various learning styles;Actively contribute to and care about student success by evaluating student progress and achievement using a variety of evaluative tools;Participate in and contribute to learning resource selection, consultative committees, program and course design/revisions; andContribute to the regular and ongoing development of Confederation College Business programs.Job RequirementsA detailed description of responsibilities per the classification definition of Professor is available in the Academic Collective Agreement (http://www.thecouncil.on.ca/).
