Equipment World Rentals is seeking a customer service-focused individual to join our TEAM for the summer of 2022 as a Rental Desk Attendant.Working in a dynamic team environment, the rental desk attendants responsibilities include (but are not limited to):- Assisting clients with reservations via phone, e-mail and in-person-Assessing customer needs and making appropriate recommendations-Managing client contracts through the SIRIUS software, outlook etc.-Coordinating with warehouse and yard employees to fulfill check-ins/outs-Learning different product lines to assist customers with rental and sales inquiries-Troubleshooting and providing outstanding customer serviceskills and qualifications:- customer service experience and a positive attitude- high degree of computer proficiency-ability to multi-task in a busy environmentEquipment World Inc. is a Northern Ontario company with branches in Thunder Bay, Sudbury & Sault Ste Marie.
