Equipment World Rentals is seeking a customer service-focused individual to join our TEAM.Working in a dynamic team environment, the Rental Sales TEAM responsibilities include (but are not limited to):- Assisting clients with reservations via phone, e-mail and in-person-Assessing customer needs and making appropriate recommendations-Managing client contracts through the SIRIUS software, outlook etc.-Coordinating with warehouse and yard employees to fulfill check-ins/outs-Learning different product lines to assist customers with rental and sales inquiries-Troubleshooting and providing outstanding customer serviceskills and qualifications: - high degree of computer system proficiency- ability to multi-task in a demanding environment- customer service experience and a positive attitudeEquipment World Inc. is a Northern Ontario company with branches in Thunder Bay, Sudbury & Sault Ste Marie.
