This is a full-time position based at the Supreme Cannabis’ 7ACRES flagship facility in Tiverton, Ontario.How you will make an impact.Forecasting of all material and cannabis inventory needs within the facility, assisting managers with orders and ensuring there are no discrepanciesParticipating in weekly meetings with Supply Chain and Procurement Team to ensure that all required materials will be available and released as needed, based on production scheduleDevelop, manage, and update Clone to Dock (CTD) ScheduleCoordinate cost collection, monitor performance to schedule, analyze actuals against budget, and prepare reports under the direction of the Supply Chain Manager.Assisting SAP team with continued integration of ERP software in facilityWorking closely with Cannabis Inventory Team to ensure accurate inventory and data integrityWorking directly with Managers to ensure production orders and schedules are accurate and properly maintainedWorking with greater Supply Chain team to identify risks, opportunities, and key aspects of integrationWhat you will need to succeed.High School Diploma or GED2+ years’ experience in a cannabis and/ or CPG production environment with a strong understanding of the production process with the ability to generate and maintain effective daily and weekly schedulesMust have demonstrated advanced skills in Microsoft ExcelSAP/ERP systems experience an assetSuperior organization and communication (written and oral) skillsTotal commitment to discretion and tact in dealing with confidential material and informationThe Supreme Cannabis Company is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
