  • Preparation of monthly operating results, and estimates
  • Support financial budgeting cycles (Forecast, Plan, Five Year Outlook)
  • Operate financial models to facilitate cost allocations and commentary
  • Monthly analytics for Investor Services Client Operations NIE and FTE
  • Partner with finance and business stakeholders to enable timely business decisions
  • Assist in I&TS transformation and strategy
  • Review work process and documentation for opportunities to simplify and streamline
  • Develop business knowledge, as a partner/advisor of the CFO Group.
What do you need to succeedMust-have
  • Analytical thinking, communication skills, and attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of financial analysis and data integrity
  • Strong MS Suite skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Time management to resolve a variety of issues on a concurrent basis
Nice-to-have
  • Knowledge of financial institution’s accounting processes, procedures, and reporting cycle (familiarity with RBC’s reporting and general ledger systems will be an asset)
  • Communication skills with the ability to foster and cultivate partnerships
  • Knowledgeable with system/software (TM1, COGNOS)
  • Strong accounting/finance academic background
  • Understanding programming language: SQL, VBA
