Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers by answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with customer account managers to manage customer accounts and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Update and maintain customer account information in the companys database.
  • Provide support to the sales team by conducting research on potential customers and providing information on products and services.
  • Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with contract manufacturing is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentSalary: $10.50-$28.13 per hourBenefits:
