Based in Waltham, MA, Lionbridge maintains solution centers in 28 countries.Employee Sub-Group: Regular FT SalariedWork Schedule:Location: Toronto, OntarioPosition Title: Account ManagerReq: 28405Lionbridge is actively seeking an experienced Localization Account Manager to focus on growing and maintaining existing revenue streams for a portfolio of strategic, high-value Life Sciences accounts. You will be responsible for sales activities within assigned Life Sciences accounts, managing client relationships with the goal of expanding and maintaining revenue. This is a quota-carrying sales role with a focus on proactivity and expansion of opportunities within your assigned accounts.You will report to a Strategic Account Manager who is responsible for the overall, global relationship with the client(s). You will have the opportunity for continuous development, potentially leading to a more senior sales or account management role within the organization.What you will do:Build and maintain a strong relationship with existing contacts within high-value clients, with a special focus on executive-level contacts.Develop new business opportunities through existing clients and contacts by developing new relationships and opportunities across the customer account.Drive specific sales programs through networking and outbound calling to grow Lionbridge's market share within an assigned book of business.Develop and maintain key client account plans in collaboration with the Strategic Account Manager, Marketing, Operations and other supporting functions and oversee its execution to achieve account goals.Act as the lead point of contact for all key client matters related to service escalation, client onboarding, program initiation and ongoing activity reporting.Maintain open communication with Operations & Delivery.Maintain and protect the revenue stream from products & services already existing within the account. Ensure customers renew contracts for existing products or services.Reinforce Lionbridge's reputation as a Global Leader by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Lionbridge's services and solutions.Educate customers on product features, configurations, pricing, services and availability.Create & maintain a robust and up-to-date pipeline of qualified, active opportunities and manage them to close.Provide accurate revenue forecasts on a periodic basis.Be a participant in onboarding customers and ensure full utilization of previously purchased products or services, partnering with Customer Success Managers and other supporting team-members.Conduct customer satisfaction surveys & business review sessions internally and with all relevant client management & functions.To be successful, you will have:Bachelor's degree (required).2 years of direct Sales and/or Account Management experience preferably oriented to Life Sciences Localization.Experience in managing a portfolio of accounts and in providing exceptional serviceIn return, you can expect:A 25-year-old, privately held and stable World-leading organization, that has seen exponential growth year after year.The opportunity for advanced development and professional growth, and the ability to make a strong impact across cross functional teams.A strong team of dedicated teammates who are all focused on exceptional customer service and results.Lionbridge's award-winning and highly regarded people-first culture.
